The Coffee Rules

Public manifesto · rules.coffee

This is to state, in public, that

Bar Sport

keeps the ten rules of good coffee — and that here, if you ask for an espresso, you are served an espresso.

“If they ask for an espresso, it must be an espresso.”

Rule 01 — the whole point

    Declared on 9 August 2026

This is not a certification. Nobody inspected this place and nobody was paid. It is a promise made in public, which is the hardest kind to break — and the easiest kind to check, one cup at a time. rules.coffee · CC BY-SA 4.0

    Nobody is certifying anything

There is no register, no inspection, no fee and no logo licence. You print it because you decided to keep the rules, and your customers hold you to it. That is the whole enforcement mechanism — and it works better than a sticker you can buy.
